How to Get Help

If you think you have a problem with alcohol, you are welcome at our meetings. You don’t need to call ahead, and there is no cost. You can come as you are and simply listen.

What to expect at a meeting

A meeting is a group of people sharing their experience with recovery from alcoholism. Closed meetings are for anyone with a desire to stop drinking; open meetings are for anyone. You will not be asked to speak, and what you hear is held in confidence.
